1. General Provisions:

1.1. The promotion is a drawing of certificates for purchases at the “Massimo Dutti” store in the shopping and entertainment center “Dostyk Plaza” (hereinafter referred to as the “Shopping Center”), Almaty, carried out in the manner and under the conditions specified in these Rules;

1.2. The organizer of the Promotion is the management company of the shopping center - TS Property Management LLP, BIN 200640013557.

1.3. The promotion is not a lottery.

1.4. The organizer reserves the right to make changes and additions to these Rules.

1.5. You can check the details of the draw at the checkout at the Zara store or at the reception of the shopping center.

2. Conditions for participation in the promotion:

2.1. To participate in the Promotion, you must purchase any goods in the amount of 30,000 tenge or more at the Zara store located in the shopping centerfrom March 27 to April 10, 2024

2.2. to the person who made the purchase in accordance with clause 2.1. of these Rules, a coupon for participation in the drawing is issued;

2.3. a potential participant in the Promotion must fill out a coupon, indicating his name and phone number, and insert the coupon into the lottery machine installed in the Zara store located in the shopping center;

2.4. a participant in the Promotion may be a person over 18 years of age;

2.5. employees of shopping centers, Zara and Massimo Dutti stores, as well as organizations associated with their management, operation and maintenance, other affiliated organizations, as well as close relatives of such employees are not entitled to participate in the Promotion.

2.6. The Organizer reserves the right to refuse participation in the Promotion and the issuance of a prize to a person who, in accordance with these Rules, is not entitled to participate in the Promotion;

2.7. Participation in the Promotion implies familiarization and agreement with these Rules. Agreement with the Rules is complete and unconditional;

2.8. one coupon can take part in the Promotion once. The number of coupons from one participant is not limited.

3. Conducting the drawing and determining the winners

3.1. the drawing of certificates will be held online on April 11, 2024 on the page @dostykplaza on the Instagram social network;

3.2. the winners of the Promotion will be selected by the Organizer randomly from among the participants of the Promotion (from the total number of coupons placed in the lottery drum);

3.3. in total, 41 certificates will be drawn for purchases in the “Massimo Dutti” store in the shopping center, including 1 certificate with a face value of 100,000 tenge, 10 certificates with a face value of 45,000 tenge, 15 certificates with a face value of 20,000 tenge, 15 certificates with a face value of 10,000 tenge;

3.4. the participant recognized as the winner of the Promotion is informed about this by the Organizer announcing the number of the winning coupon live, as well as by telephone (using the contact number indicated on the coupon);

3.5. If the winner does not answer the incoming call, the Organizer has the right to remove this coupon from the drawing and randomly select a new Winner from among the Promotion participants.

4. Obtaining certificates

4.1. winners of the Promotion must receive a certificate until May 10, 2024;

4.2. winners of the promotion can receive certificates at the address: Samal-2 microdistrict, building 111, Dostyk Plaza shopping center, phone: +7 (727) 222‒13‒87.

5. Use of certificates

5.1. You can use the certificate until August 30, 2024, by presenting the received certificate at the Massimo Dutti store in the shopping center, you must have an identification document with you;

5.2. certificates cannot be exchanged/returned and cannot be issued in cash equivalent;

5.3. expenses for purchases exceeding the face value of the certificate are paid by the winner himself;

5.4. If the purchase price is less than the amount of the certificate, the remaining funds on the certificate are not refundable.

5.5. winners of the promotion can find out all technical questions about the activation and application of certificates from “Zara” and “Massimo Dutti”

6. Other

6.1. These Rules are governed by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

6.2. All disputes and disagreements in connection with participation in the Promotion are settled through negotiations or in court.

6.3. If the winner misses the validity period of the certificate, the Organizer is not responsible.
